In this venture, Melinda Taylor Interiors and Design (MTID) played a pivotal role in bridging the aspirations of Civic Group with the craftsmanship of Arden Vale Homes, ensuring the delivery of three exceptional high-end townhomes in Toowoomba.
MTID's involvement began with concept development, working closely with Civic Group to capture their vision and articulate it through carefully considered design choices. MTID meticulously selected all fittings, fixtures, finishes, and appliances, curating a palette of materials and textures that elevated the homes beyond standard expectations. Each selection was presented to the Civic Group Board for review and feedback, fostering a transparent decision-making process and ensuring alignment with the project's goals.
As the project advanced, MTID provided ongoing design management, conducting regular site visits to ensure the design intent translated accurately into the built environment. Consulting on floor plans and spatial planning, MTID ensured the layouts were both functional and luxurious, meeting the needs of the high-end target market.
By focusing on high-quality, unexpected finishes that stood apart from conventional choices, MTID will have created a product that embodied sophistication and uniqueness, redefining what high-end residential spaces could offer in Toowoomba.
